Clients of AS LTB Bank (hereinafter - Bank) i.e. natural and legal persons or any other persons have right to submit a proposal or to lodge a complaint concerning quality and kinds of provided services.

Bank accepts your verbal and written proposals and complaints. You have the following opportunities to submit proposals/complaints:

1.      To come personally to Bank office at 22, Grecinieku street, Riga.

2.      To mail it using regular mail to: AS LTB Bank, Grēcinieku iela 22, Rīga, LV – 1050.

3.      To e-mail it at ltb@ltblv.com

4.      To send it via internet-bank.

5.      To fill in screen form “Suggestions”

6.      To call by phone: (371) 67043510, (371) 67043503.

Bank examines all proposals and complaints (except anonymous) submitted by clients concerning client’s service or any of rendered services and offer explanations and solutions to eliminate a problem.    

Bank scrutinizes submitted proposals with respect to its reasonability and topicality, and whenever possible replies immediately.

In case no additional information or documents are required from persons mentioned in complaints or from complainant, Bank examines lodged complaints within 15 (fifteen) days starting from the day it was received. Bank duly informs clients, in case it needs to prolong the examination term. Bank informs about taken decision in written form.

Whenever possible Bank immediately supplies clients with verbal reply if a proposal/ complaint is submitted verbally
